4. Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellation and modification policies vary by property, so review the terms before confirming your reservation. Generally, all reservations are 50% down at time of booking, with the other 50% due 8 days prior to arrival. The exception is monthly rentals for Winter Texans, inquire there. We do not offer refunds on reservations though changes may be possible. Get private travel insurance or cancel insurance if that is an issue.
5. When is the best time to book a condo in South Padre Island?
Booking early is recommended for peak seasons like summer and spring break to secure the best availability and rates, but remember- booking Sunday to Thursday is 35 to 50% cheaper than weekend rates, and our off seasons of Sept 2 to Dec 22 as well as mid April to mid May you can find great rental deals on the Island thru us.
