South Padre Trips is a full-service vacation rental management company. We rent condos & homes on South Padre Island while managing these properties for their Owners.

We are located on the Island at 3800 Padre Blvd. It is easy to find us, our office is mid-island, sort of catty-corner from Whataburger on the east side of Padre Blvd. Our “Marquee” sign is out on the main drag.

We don’t believe owning a second home should be your 2nd job. South Padre Trips handle all aspects of running your property to make it as hassle-free as possible while maximizing your income. We do this by promptly answering all forms of communication, using technology where it makes sense with old fashioned service, and placing the most emphasis on repeat clients & referrals vs. other marketing channels.
