While there is no pool here, the beach is so very close, about 50 yards maybe walk is a couple minutes max for beach lovers

As the home is elevated about 10 feet off the ground, there is super cool chill out space in the shade under home after a long day at the beach to enjoy some margaritas and just hang out with your family.
The bedroom and living room areas are clean and spacious with laminate and tile floor throughout. It feels 65 years old yet brand new at the same time
We do allow BBQ pit or grills though we do not provide. We do ask that you completely clean up or we do charge a $150 fee to the card on file. You may only BBQ in front of property not under home nor back yard.
This is is in duplex that has been fairly redone and reinvigorated. Is it brand new and mint? No. It is a classic feel beach home..
Each unit in this duplex is private and stand alone, no access to each other. This listing is a 2 bedroom / 1 bath condo in the front of the duplex while in the back is a separate 3 bedroom / 2 bath unit
Kitchen and bathroom are fairly redone.
We do value price Lil Caribbean Vibes (this place) as it does have just 1 bathroom and it does not have a pool. Upside is the 50 yards to the beach location
This home can be COMBINED with back yard to sleep a total of 16 people. This space is for a max of 6, the back 3 bedroom you would have to reserve separately though it is on airbnb as well or we can send you the link.
The front space listed here for rent is perfect for Grandma/Grandpa, Aunties & Uncle or even teen kids that want a touch of privacy with the rest of the Family in the back main house if you so desire.
This is not a cookie cutter condo we hope that you will enjoy to truly create memories with your family that can last a lifetime. The front patio deck is great for relaxing on as well. Does it have some quirks? Yes. Its not brand new but it is unique!
It also is very nice for a young family with small kids.
Again, that back space would have to be rented separately if you wanted it as it is totally separate. This unit does have access to the common area under the home but not the very back patio, back deck, nor back yard area as that is reserved for the back 3 bedroom unit
Front condo has a full kitchen, bathroom, and 2 private bedrooms. We used all reasonably nice finishes as we were going to keep this for our own private use but decided instead to let it generate income.
We do allow up to 6 people in this space, though ideally it is for 4 or 5 people. If it is a mom/dad and small children 6 total people would be ok.

This spot is also perfect for those that still want some charm of shiplap and retro raised beach houses… as well as if you have a group that wants to stay up late that can take the big back house, and use the upfront for the more laid back or quiet seeking guests in your group.
