This centrally located condo checks all the boxes for families. Located on E Bahama, it is waling distance to tons of bars and restaurants.
One key feature for those families on a budget looking for tons of sleeping space. The master bedroom has a queen bed, while the 2nd bedroom has 2 brand new bunk beds that are adult sized with full sized mattresses. In the living room there is a pull out couch as well.
You can easily walk to the beach as Mar y Sol is on the east side (beachside) of Padre blvd so no dangerous streets to cross. This 8 plex has a pool as well, though not heated.
The entire place was repainted Dec 1 of 2022 so it is fresh, new and clean inside. The kitchen is open concept with a nice breakfast counter top / bar that you can easily serve a family plates off of. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans/dishes/utencils/a blender and coffee maker.
This 2nd floor unit has high speed wifi. Linens and towels are provided, Basic toiletries are provided, like soaps, a start pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods and trash bags as well as coffee. These are not unlimited, please note.
It is very important you read & agree to all house rules prior to booking. We require once the booking is made our guests to assure against damages. There are two options – Option ONE is a 1 time fee of $59 for the damage coverage protection plan fee OR Option TWO is a fully refundable $500 damage deposit. We collect Option ONE or Option TWO via the airbnb resolution center prior to arrival.
We do also require a signed digital rental agreement with a pic of your photo ID. to maintain our short term occupancy permit with the City of South Padre. This permit number is available upon request as Airbnb does not allow us to display it.
We will NOT issue refunds after booking is made due to these requirements.
