Laguna Bay is an exclusive complex located directly on the Laguna Madre Bay. This condo is the South Tower on the 5th floor. There are just 2 condos per floor, with over 2000 square feet of living space.
Community boat docks you can fish off of are at the property. Day tie off is allowed, but please note, overnight is not allowed for guests. This is a very hard to find amenity on South Padre Island. You can launch your boat at Parrot Eyes or Lobo del Mar, fish, the morning then tie off for lunch at your condo and then head back out.
From this high up, you will have seeping views of the bay, and summertime weekend fireworks. The patio is one of the largest youll find at any condo complex on south padre island with pressed poly dining and chairs, as well as a LP gas grill for BBQ. We do not provide the LP tank, please note if you want to grill bring one.
The kitchen & living room are frankly massive here. The Master Bathroom is a real treat with a soaking tub that has an amazing view day or night of the bay. Kitchen is fully equipped ready for quick meal prep that has a truly open floor plan. There is a huge dining room table that is quite elegant and will for sure seat 8 people. There is also an eat in kitchen counter.
2 of the bedrooms are on the east wing as the master with its King bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed on that side. Off the north side of the condo is the 3rd bedroom with not one, but two bunk beds. One is a double over a queen, and the 2nd bunk is two twins. We do provide a queen sized airbed just in case. Up to 10 people are allowed at this condo
There is one dedicated off street parking space under the building, and plenty of surface parking as well though only two total spaces may be used.
This building is very secure and private. A door code must entered just to get to the elevator, and then as you exit on the 5th floor, you must have another door code for entry to the condo.
Towels and linens are provided, with free exchange during your stay at our office at South Padre Trips, 3800 Padre Blvd 9 am to 5 pm except Tuesdays.
Basic soaps are provided as well as a starter of trash bags and dishwasher pods. (not replenished, bring extra).
This is a very exclusive property intended for families and is not a party property.
You must be 25 years of age as the primary tenant, there are no exceptions please note that after booking is made, guests are required to assure against damages by either paying a 1 time $59 damage coverage protection plan fee OR placing down a $500 refundable damage deposit. We do auto bill for the $59 via the airbnb resolution center, though you must go there to approve manually. If you prefer the refundable damage deposit, plus message us.
We require a docusign rental agreement you can digitally sign on your phone, and it is required you attach a pic of your photo ID.
