Unit 903 is not only exactly what you want for a beach vacation, this condo will satisfy guests with the most discerning of tastes
The view is downright spectacular from the 9th floor, and the private outdoor patio has seating for 6 comfortably to enjoy that sunrise coffee or sunset Margarita in hand – our favorite place in the condo.
This condo smells new inside and features a king bed in the Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom, 2nd bedroom has an adult sized bunk bed which is a queen sized bed on bottom and full sized bed up on top.
The living room has a pull out couch to a double bed, and we do supply a queen sized airbed and pump in the spare bedroom closet in case of a need of extra sleeping space.
Kitchen is more than fully equipped with even a blender, toaster, coffee maker, pots/pans/utensils you name it. The condo includes all linens and towels, though daily maid service is not included.
The living room has a new monster 65″ flatscreen TV + brand new furniture with the 2 bedrooms also having new flat screens, cable TV on all 3 TVs which means no kids (or adults) fighting for their shows. High speed WIFI is included
Main bathroom is a 3/4 bath with a walk in shower. The master bedroom en suite is a full bath with a tub/shower combo, which is helpful for those families with very young children.
Saida is walkable to many great restaurants, including Yelp & Trip Advisors’ #1 Yummies Bistro, Gabriella’s Italian, Russo’s Pizzeria, Johnny Rockets, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and fine Japanese Sushi & Teppanyaki Grill at Kohnami.
Right in front is Saida daily is Beach Kissed Rentals, where you can rent 2 chairs and umbrella with set up and take down for $45 cash per day which is very convenient (they don’t take credit cards)
Don’t let a cold snap ruin your swim fun, Saida has a rarity in heated outdoor pools and 2 Texas sized outdoor Jacuzzis. For Tennis Fans, there are 4 tennis courts between the 3 pools. Weekends this is the only condo property with an onsite bar & grill if you don’t feel like cooking or making your own cocktails.
Condo offers completely contactless door entry with a coded professional door lock, although parking permits are required at Saida to access the secure gate with security. Parking permits must be picked up at our South Padre Trips office at 3800 Padre Blvd prior to check in. We can leave them in a 24 hour access exterior key box at our office for contactless check in or after hours check ins.
