Appreciate you looking at our 2 bedroom / 2 full bathroom condo towards the bayside of the Island yet walkable to beach that is 1.5 blocks away with public beach access.
This condo is updated & clean! Second floor condo up 1 flight of stairs + off street parking for 2 vehicles. The kitchen is spacious & open concept great for family breakfasts, quick lunches or fun little dinners for your crew. Very open concept living room to kitchen making hanging out after the beach or movie nights easy!
If you’d like to come down for an extended stay we do discount bookings over 14 nights. The high speed wifi makes working from this near beach condo very doable. The 2 bathrooms make getting easier ready too.
In the back of this 4 plex is a nice small pool perfect for wearing out the kiddos after a long day at the beach. While we don’t provide a BBQ, it is allowed to bring one and do it in front of the building in one of your parking spaces. it is not allowed poolside however.
Walk to several great restaurants, including Senior Donkey Cantina, Blackbeard’s Seafood, or Dolce Italian Gelato store.
Specific bedding is a queen in the master with an en suite attached full bath, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds perfect for kiddos. The living room has a couch though not a pull out airbnb considers it a sleeping bed. We provide a full sized bed airbed and pump for extra sleeping space. Please bring extra linens, blankets, pillows etc if you’d like to use it.
Up to 8 people are allowed.
This is a family oriented complex where partying and/or loud noises are not allowed. We just ask for consideration in this prior to booking. Please read all house rules prior to booking. There is a required e-sign rental agreement you must do prior to arrival as well as damage assurance you must choose.
We are here for any questions you might have, just ask! Clean linens and towels are provided, and for stays greater than 3 nights you can exchange them at our office South Padre Trips 3800 Padre Blvd 10 am to 4 pm.
We allow up to 2 dogs or birds – no other pets are allowed. You must contact us PRIOR to booking about the rules pertaining to having pets, there are several & if not followed we do evict with no refunds so please just ask first. A fee of $75 per pet is required after booking is made.
We state this 2xs = very important you read all house rules PRIOR to booking. We have a strict cancel policy on this condo and will not refund for any reason listed in house rules later.
