About The Space-

I’m a Father to 2 boys ages 10 & 12 & feel I know what families seek for nice stay near the beach – FUN 🙂 I am the Owner of this condo as well as the Principal of South Padre Trips.com a property management company. I handle it all for a fun stay.

Condo is very clean inside – all tile, no carpeting if allergies. Uniquely has en suite full bathrooms off each bedroom plus a half bath off living room if kiddos sleep on the fold down couch. The washer/dryer is so nice to use to go home with clean clothes & less work after a “tiring” vacation! 🙂

Super high 12 foot ceilings. Pool in back is private to the 4 condos here & very clean. 1 easy block walk to public beach access, walk to Clayton’s Beach Bar, Kellys Irish Pub, Ted’s for breakfast, Parrot Eyes for water sports or Fish Tacos, BurgerFi for organic cheeseburgers.

As I do own all 4 condos in this building, it is possible if you do an advance booking you could rent 3 of the 4 condos here to accommodate up to 32 people.

Big flat screen TVs, cable, wifi, Ice Cold AC after a long day at the beach to relax in. The Hart Boys welcome you to our little beach retreat on South Padre Island!
