Mar y Sol II is a nic 8 plex located less than half a block to the beach. This condo is a great value for the money!
While the kitchen isn’t a perfectly open concept, it is updated with nice granite and cabinets and opens to the breakfast bar and dining table with a view of the living room.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with an attached en suite full bathroom for privacy. Not yet in the photos but coming Jan 10th, the 2nd bedroom will have an adult sized bunk bed with a queen bed on bottom. full sized bed on top and brand new tempurpedic style mattresses. We will be leaving the 1 single bed as well. This bedroom is PERFECT for up to 5 kids.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with all pots/pans etc We provide all linens and towels and the unit is clean inside and very functional for families. Up to 8 people are allowed (and yes, an infant is a person and counts) due to fire code and the fact this is a 2 bedroom condo, not a house. There are 2 dedicated off street parking spaces marked – a golf cart is considered a vehicle FYI.
The living room has a Roku / smart TV that you can run your netflix or amazon off the high speed wifi . There is also a great small pull out couch perfect for that teenager that refuses to sleep with the little ones!
The condo is ground floor no stairs. This is a fun, clean small pool that is shared by tenants, though this property is not high use “full” at all times anyway.
There is a 2nd full bathroom in hallway off living room going to the bedrooms
The washer & dryer in condo is very handy for wet suits & not going home with tons to do.
No..the condo isn’t a “penthouse with sweeping ocean views” nor does it have a private pool …HOWEVER we believe it’s updated features, proximity to beach, and the fact our family has still created memories here that will last a lifetime..it can for yours as well at a very affordable “off beach” price. (Walk to beach in 5 mins max!!)
