Complex is Mar y Sol II unit is 2 ground floor the closest condo to the pool. at this 8.plex. No stairs required. Private pool with enough grass to toss a frisbee or football that’s perfect for kiddos.
Kitchen has all utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker (coffee, filter/creamer/sugar substitute all included) all linens, towels, and basic soaps.
Super convenient location is walkable to at least half a dozen restaurants.
Condo has many updates, needs nothing, all maintenance and stock of all you need inside ready to go for your family.
