This is a fresh remodel on a 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with tons of sleeping space, completely redone. This 6 plex has a shared, fun pool. 

Being located on E Pompano, it is a walk distance to an easy dozen restaurants and bars like Louies, Tequila Sunsets, D Pizza Joint, Dairy Queen, Liam’s Steakhouse & more. Less than half a block to the beach.

This condo is a 2nd floor condo up 1 flight of stairs, and there is room for 2 cars max off the street. The HOA is strict about cars, please note.

The kitchen is fully equipped for quick lunches and breakfasts. There is a small, nearly tiny patio off the back overlooks pool but useful to yell at your kids rough housing (hey…I have kiddos too!)

The stacked washer & dryer is also very handy in the condo
