About The Space-

Our Blue Siren House is located with Public beach access not even half a block away.

Outdoor shower by garage for easy sand toy clean up.  Fully equipped Kitchen all you need for meal prep.  Lots of space to spread out.  Part of a side by side 1 level duplex. Owner rarely uses the other side and it is not a rental.  1 level ground floor no stairs, room for 2 cars, super high ceilings, super clean inside.  BBQ allowed (in small back yard or small side yard (we do not provide and you must clean up).  We do rely upon Spectrum Cable/Internet for the high speed wifi.
