About the space
Appreciate the consideration of our walk to beach 2 bedroom condo located in a 3 unit complex where we do have 2 other condos as well
While 2 bedroom condos off the beach are not difficult to find one with a fairly big pool that isn’t shared by tons of other guests and a stone’s throw from the beach is. No annoying elevators to lug you things or corral the kiddos..park and walk up a flight of stairs to the left to this nice vacation rental.
This second floor condo has all hard tile floors and feels very cool inside after a long day at the beach. Guests appreciate the cool Caribbean vibe colors inside. The onsite pool in the backyard is a great spot for the kids to wear out at & sleep well. This pool is shared with the other 2 condos here & has some shade & chairs.
The condo is semi remodeled in that it has some semi dated features such as older tile floors. It is not brand new inside but very functional, clean, & quite nice.
The kitchen has all utensils for eating in, even a blender for those frozen margaritas. As you enter the space, you will notice how open it is.
While we do allow up to 8 people in this condo, please understand that there is only a queen bed in each of the 2 bedrooms, and a non-pull out couch in living room. We do provide an airbed & pump but please bring bedding
This 3 plex has 2 other condos 1 upstairs next door that also allows 8 people in a 2 bedrooms and 1 downstairs that that allows 10 guests as a three bedroom condo & all may be booked together which makes it massive in total. Understand booking all 3 is rarely possible less than 30 days in advance – book early to get entire complex to allow up to 26 guests
There are a max of 2 vehicles allowed with parking provided off street. If you have more than that you must park off property though parking is somewhat available (not guaranteed) on Gulf Blvd less than half a block away.as property does tow & very expensive
If you’d like to BBQ, while we don’t provide a grill you are welcome to out front of property in your parking spot. Just move 1 vehicle down to Gulf Blvd. BBQ is not allowed by pool as there are 2 other condos at this complex.
Linens & towels are provided. We operate a public office as South Padre Trips at 3800 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island TX 78597 for linen & towel exchange for stays over 3 nights at no charge, or to assist with any issues at the property during your stay.
Please read & agree to all house rules prior to booking. Message us before you book not after as this property does have a strict no cancel/refund policy.
After you book, you will be asked to assure against damages which has 2 options – either a $50 damage coverage protection plan fee OR a refundable $500 damage deposit. These are billed via the airbnb resolution center AFTER you book and do not appear as a line item at check out.
We do also require a digitally signed rental agreement we email via docusign.
