The Space

While this property is somewhat dated, it is perfectly functional for your family to enjoy 

Located directly across the street from the beach and and popular Coco Beach hotel and bar (former Bommerang Billys Bar) it is in a great location off Gulf Blvd and east Amberjack to a dozen bars and restaurants  Likely 50 to 75 yards to “toes in sand” 

This 2nd floor condo does require a use of stairs as no elevator.  The pool is at next door complex Fiesta Del Sol – you can use it but not directly at this property

The master bedroom and living room have flat screen TVs. Two full baths make getting ready easy

Kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and pots pans etc.

We do have a starter pack of hand soap dish soap dishwasher soap as well as toilet paper and paper towels but you’ll want to bring more including trash bags and your toiletries please.

Please note we do not offer early check in and check outs…check in is at 3 pm with check out at 11 am.  You can do contactless check in here OR come to our office South Padre Trips 3800 Padre Blvd South Padre Island TX 78597 for in person check in.
