This is a 30 day minimum rental. Pets are NOT allowed, and we will not allow subletting of any kind (results in immediate eviction FYI as not allowed in this area). Family coming to visit is not subletting, however please understand no more than 10 people may be at this home at any time.
Please understand that a signed rental agreement with photo ID is required, and you must do BOTH a $150 fee for damage coverage plan via the agency that manages the property South Padre Trips, as well as a fully refundable $2000 damage deposit after you book the home. This a brand new luxury home build.
This home includes all utilities including high speed wifi – please note, there is a hot tub if you want that turned on, there is an additional utility fee for that, please inquire.
