Eclectic, older & “beach-ey” row 2 level townhome 1 block to the beach with private pool. Fully equipped kitchen, large living room, & space to spread out. Private crystal clean pool.
Three full bedrooms. Upstairs master bedroom has queen bed & attached full bathroom. 2nd bedroom upstairs has 2 single beds. Third bedroom downstairs is converted garage in very large with 2 queen beds. Queen size airbed & pump in closet for additional sleeping space. Up to 10 people allowed. Older/not updated.
This is an older town home with very hard to find 100% private pool for your use.
Downstairs in the spare bedroom are 2 double sized beds along with the kitchen, tables, 2 couches, and flat screen TV. One couch folds down into a double bed. This living area opens up nicely to a patio to the private pool area that does provide some shade as you exit the home. The ground floor is all tile and there is one full bath down.
Upstairs, the second spare bedroom has 2 single beds, and the Master Bedroom features a king bed with private en suite full bathroom.
A very easy walk to the beach is assured. Parking space for 2 cars off street. BBQ by the pool is ok, bring your small charcoal grill. (we dont provide). The house still has a cool, beach vibe. The pool is 3 feet to 5 feet deep. This space can be described as dated inside & not luxurious. The pool is great, as is location. Interior decor is dated. This is NOT a luxury property.
Please note, this is not a party house, and unregistered guests , and any noise complaints will result in eviction. Hosting/throwing of parties and get togethers is prohibited at this house.

Other things to note
After the rental agreement is signed, photo of your drivers license updated and $300 refundable damage deposit OR $50 damage coverage protection policy, and 11% occupancy tax for the City of South Padre paid via this app, we issue an electronic door code for contactless entry or a key at our office at 3800 Padre Blvd.
