Landfall Towers is near the bay with great sunsets & a quiet, laid back atmosphere. This 2nd floor efficiency condo (building does have an elevator as well as handicap ramps) & has a small kitchenette ready to prep simple meals & save money. Landfall 22 is perfect for small families or couples with a max of 4 people allowed.
It has a king sized bed as well as a pull out couch as a full size bed, all open to the small kitchenette & living room. There is a private patio with table & chairs perfect to catch bayside sunsets. Onsite parking included along with linens, bedding, towels, & a starter pack of soaps.
The bay affords nice sunset views as the property sits on a channel leading out to the Laguna Madre Bay. For beach lovers, it is but a 2 block walk to the beach, or about 3.5 blocks to Clayton�s Beach Bar, On the Border Mexican Cantina, or Bar Louie on the ocean.
This older efficiency condo like this one is similar to an oversized hotel room with kitchenette & full bath. There is not a separate bedroom as it is all combined into one big room as efficiencies are. Small fridge, burner & microwave is ready for you.
Please note this property has a fully refundable HOA wristband fee of $15 per person (which is fully refundable) if you leave the wristbands in the unit at check out. We do bill after you book $15 x number of guests for this and after the trip you request a refund via the airbnb resolution center. Additionally a parking permit is required – if you get in late you have to go to the office there between 10 am and 3 pm to pick up to avoid a tow. Night of arrival no issue and no charge for the parking permit FYI
