At this complex, you will enjoy 2 covered parking spaces in the garage, as well as access to EV chargers for your Tesla or electric vehicle. There is a 3 night minimum stay at Sapphire and the primary guest must be at least 25 years old with a max of 8 guests.
This condo is located in the South Tower on the 17th floor with a spectacular view on the oceanfront side of the beach, the next door Margaritaville Resort, and to the South the SpaceX launch site (completely viewable from this condo). The bayside patio has a provided electric grill for BBQing.
This is one of the most exclusive viewing spots to see a live rocket launch in quite possibly the world.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has an open concept kitchen that is fully equipped with pots/pans/dishes/etc to the living room and patio to the ocean with eat in breakfast bar. High ceilings, all tile floors and a nice amount of bedding to accommodate up to 8 people.
For your convenience the condo has a washer & dryer. The master bedroom suite has a massive bathroom and garden soaker tub with frameless shower stall and walk in closet. There is a view of the ocean & beach from the master suite.
For work of course there is hi speed internet and smart TVs after.a long day at the beach
The property amenities are unmatched on the Island.
Unregistered guests are never allowed at this property.

Please note: After booking is made you will be billed via the airbnb resolution center for either a $99 damage protection plan fee, OR you can elect to do a $1000 refundable damage deposit.
We do auto bill for the $99 as that is what most guests choose via the airbnb resolution center though you must go there to approve. This is not optional. Additionally, the property carries a $49 + 17% tax per day resort fee much like Vegas has. We pre collect for this as this money is owed to the HOA and is not our fee. Again, this is billed via airbnbs resolution center.
Finally, 2 docusign agreements are required prior to check in. These are emailed to you for electronic signature. One is the rental agreement. The 2nd one is the property HOA that needs all names and vehicles prior to check in.
