This is such cool retro beach house that gives off the Caribbean. This is a great spot for those that don’t want to book a cookie cutter condo. Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom.
As you walk in the patio from outside. The deck provides a good deal of extra space for your family with seating, and is especially inviting for sunset cocktails. This is a classic raised beach home. Is it brand new and perfect? No. It has some quicks as older beach homes do but that is part of the experience.
Reasonably appointed finishes were used in the partial remodel we think you family will enjoy.
The backyard garden and fun hang out spot under the home out of the sun really makes this home unique. BBQing is allowed in the backyard though no grill is provided. The chill out area under the home is in fact common area that front unit can use as well FYI.
The large eat in kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to make fun family meals together in on space
The living room is very large for movies after a long day at the beach. The 3rd bedroom is simply idea for 4 kids as 2 trundle beds with tucked under singles provide 4 total beds for the kiddos. The other 2 bedrooms are a queen and full bed for couples.
While we allow 10 people please understand without an airbed there is really adequate space for 8 people.
There is a double sized airbed w/pump in closet too for living room
The kitchen is missing nothing in terms of amenities. There is off street parking for a max 2 cars. A golf cart is considered in this vehicle count. While this is a stand alone home it is a duplex and there is a 2 bedroom/1 bath space up front that a can be rented in combination with this 3 bedroom to hold up to 16 total people.
