About this Space

We would love you to consider our 3 bedroom condo that is about 1 block to the public beach of South Padre Island!

This spacious condo is perfect for families as up to (max) 8 people are allowed. The open concept kitchen has newly painted cabinets, stainless appliances, granite counters, and is fully equipped with pots/pans/dishes/cookware/blender.

The counter is perfect for a breakfast taco or fajita serve line for your family. Enjoy the flat screen smart TV with cable as well for the games after a long day at the beach.

This is a full 3 bedroom condo with the bedding as a King in master with en suite bathroom, a double sized bed in spare bedroom, in the kids bunk room is a single bed to the side, as well as a single over a double bunk bed. We do provide an airbed with pump just bring extra bedding and there is the couch as well.

There are two full bathrooms, 1 of which is off the master bedroom. This is a 2nd floor condo so you do need to go up 1 flight of stairs. It is in an 8 plex so the pool area is shared. The pool is clean, but not heated. Tho hot tub is in fact heated which is hard to find on South Padre Island. Hours of open for pool and hot tub are 8 am to 10 pm ish. Loud music/parties/gatherings are not allowed as this is a family oriented property.

There is a gas grill, though we do not provide a LP tank and as it is community use, we do recommend bring cleaning wire brush and supplies if you plan to use it. This property has 2 included off street parking spaces back to back, and if you park on street the do tow – don’t recommend that. A golf cart is considered a vehicle FYI.

This condo has all tile, higher ceilings, and comes with all linens, towels, and a basic starter pack of toiletries but we do not restock nor are they unlimited.

The living room furniture is functional though somewhat dated, please note that also it has the older color granite as the photos do show. We operate locally as a professional property management firm South Padre Trips at 3800 Padre Blvd an Airbnb SuperHost….and offer free towel and linen exchange on stays 3 nights or more. Consider booking Sunday to Thursday for big discounts over Friday and Saturday nights.

Please read and agree to ALL house rules prior to booking. Guest must complete a docusign rental agreement and upload a pic of their photo ID to age verify primary guest as 25 years of age or older. We do require you select after you book either a $59 damage cover protection plan OR a $500 refundable damage deposit which we request via the airbnb resolution center. Please understand we will not check. you in without these things being taken care of and will not honor requests for refunds as we have a strict cancel policy three bedroom like this are value priced and hard to find.
