The patio and pool are some of the best parts! The Patio has chairs to watch the sunset, with great bay views on a fairly quiet street. Just 2 walkable blocks to the beach & public beach access points.
The pool was just completed. This is also a 1st floor 1 bedroom condo in a 4 plex. 1 included off street parking spaces is included. Upstairs are 2 (two) bedroom units plus an additional 1 bedroom on ground level. All units share the new pool
Rent entire 4 plex to accommodate up to 28 people. We also have a private home even closer to bay with private pool & jacuzzi that allows up to 14 more people for family get togethers. Just message us for a price on all.
