Clean modern & spacious condo that is less than 1 easy block to walk to the beach. This is a 2nd floor condo (no noise upstairs) that has superb taste in furnishings that really make it stand out above the rest.
Condo is in a 4 plex with a nice small pool perfect for kids or tanning, 2 parking spaces off the street (tandem), in unit washer & dryer, high ceilings & all tile floors.
The fully equipped kitchen with stove/frdige/microwave/all dishes. & cooking utensils down to provide coffee has an open floor plan that opens to the living room so you can hang with the cook or the fam in relaxing while making meals. The eat in counter is great for serving up chips & salsa to a margarita bar to breakfast tacos in the a.m. to save money for your family.
In the condo there is a king bed in the really large master bedroom, plus 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom, a pull out couch in the living room, and a blow up double sized airbed we provide (bring extra bedding however) While we allow up to 8 people, be aware of the bedding listed above so you are comfortable and prepared.
We have the fastest available wifi/internet (though on the island, it can sometimes go out FYI).
Towels, linens (like sheets, towels, pillow cases) as well as hand soaps, body soap, and a starter pack of trash bags, dishwasher pods & trash bags. There is a nearby Dollar Store for low cost extra supplies. Condo is professionally managed locally by South Padre Trips, a full service vacation rental management company with an office at 3800 Padre Blvd. For those stays over 3 nights, free linen & towel exchange is included.
You will be able to enjoy contactless checkin as we do have an E lock that runs off cell hub network provided you have submitted the required Docusign rental agreement prior to arrival as well as assured against damages by either paying a 1 time damage coverage protection plan fee of $59 or a fully refundable $500 damage deposit we bill for after the booking is made via the airbnb resolution center.
