About The Space-

Book a nice, larger condo for your family that while not beachfront is as close as you can get directly across the street making it easy to load a wagon and hit the beach in minutes!

Gulfcoast condos has a small nice pool at the complex too so that after a long day at the beach you can wear the kiddos out at the pool while you read a book or sip a margarita. The pool is rarely super busy as the beach is so close.

This condo is renovated and not dated inside. We think you’ll notice right away the clean factor is great too.Kitchen & living room are fairly open concept, and the private balcony is nice for those that want to hang out a bit after many have decided to call it a night. The kitchen has all appliances, utensils, & cookware for meal prep.

The bedrooms consist of a queen in master with en suite full bathroom, 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds plus a sleeper sofa in living room, and we provide a full sized air bed & pump, please do bring extra bedding though if using that.

The washer & dryer inside the condo are very convenient so you don’t have to pack heavy or do laundry prior to going home. The space has 2 flat screen TVs to hit some movies after the beach too. For those that want to work remote, enjoy the wifi at the property & ample counter space to get things done on your laptop.

This is a 4th floor condo with stairs, this property does not have an elevator please note. There are 2 spaces for cars located on the gulf blvd side of complex that are private to this unit. A golf cart is considered a vehicle, FYI.

Linens & towels are provided. We operate a public office as South Padre Trips at 3800 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island TX 78597 for linen & towel exchange for stays over 3 nights at no charge, or to assist with any issues at the property during your stay. This property offers contactless check in & check out as there is a wifi lock.
