FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Do your weddings have to have a specific style?
No.  It's your style that matters.  Our recommendations for your venue - and all the other vendors - are based on your preferences.  We will help you refine your wedding style, but we will never lose sight of your preferences. We are beach wedding specialists, but we also have available yachts, oceanview parks, the lighthouse, and (gasp) our churches – you pick, we deliver.

We have a budget we can’t budge on.  Can we afford a planner?
Usually, yes.  Being organized will save you money, in fact it is not uncommon that the savings you can incur with our services exceed the cost of our wedding planning.  Sometimes, it’s not what you “save” but what you avoid wasting money on due to poor planning, disorganization, or shoddy vendors.

How far out should we hire a planner?
The earlier you hire a planner, the sooner you will see the benefits.  We think the best time to hire us is before you make any major decisions or sign any contracts. We are here to help guide you.

We have done most of the planning, our wedding is in six weeks, and we are beginning to feel a bit overwhelmed.  Can you still help us?
Absolutely; call us and we can take over.

Do you offer "day-of" services?
We do; we encourage you to call us as soon as you start thinking about assistance.

Are you there at our wedding?
We are the first ones on-site, and the last ones to leave.  Always.

What are your packages and fees?
Every wedding is different, and every client's needs are unique.  You will, however, find us to be surprisingly affordable.

What about accommodations for out-of-town guests?
Being part of the largest tour/travel company (south padre trips.com) to the Island, we are already the “go to” people for travel here. We can develop a comprehensive plan for you and your guests, including hotels, condos, or homes – as well as ALL transportation aspects and a variety of other activities. As members of the NTA (National Tour Association) and the ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents) – we are here to assist.

What about the rehearsal dinner and a brunch after the wedding?
Done. It’s usually part of the package we put together so everything is seamless & well organized.
